Bus Schedules
Details of convenient bus schedules for conference participants are available here.
Email / Web Facilities
Email, web and printing facilities will be provided free to conference participants. Around 20 computers will be available for use. No network access will be provided for participants laptop computers.
More details will be provided with your information pack upon conference registration.
Conference Equipment
A full setup of audio/visual gear will be available. This includes LCD projectors, overhead projectors, DVD/VCR players as well as typical PA equipment.
The conference room will be equiped with a Windows XP based computer configured with typical software packages. These include MS Office Suite and Powerpoint, further details will follow.
Laptops can be connected to the LCD projectors, if you have a new Apple laptop, please remember to bring your DVI to VGA adapter.
New Zealand uses 240v power, an adapter or power invertor may be required to power equipment whilst in New Zealand.
